1. Refunds
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  
  All sales are final. Once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered, refund requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns for manufacturing defects
- Returns will only be accepted in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects in the purchased item.  
- Customers must report the defect within 7 business days after receiving the product, providing photographic or video evidence.  
- Once the defect is verified, the product will be exchanged for the same or an equivalent item (subject to availability).  
- Shipping costs associated with returns due to manufacturing defects will be covered by Pet Smile Boutique.

3. General conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.  
- Returns will not be accepted for:  
  - Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.  
  - Customer preferences (color, size, style).  
  - Discounted or clearance items.
